The Farmington Jr.High Cheer Squad is a Group of 16 girls and a mascot. They go to home and away Football and Basketball games. They do chants during games with the dancers and perform Cheers or band dances at half time.They compete together as a team in cheer competitions with a cheer routine. 

The Farmington Jr.High Dance Squad (AKA rhythm in red) is a Group of 8 girls and a manager.  They go to home Football and Basketball games. They do chants during games (in the stands) wiht  the cheerleaders and perform Dance routines or band dances at half time.They compete as a team in dance competitions with dance routines.
